THE WOODLANDS, TEXAS.--The Woodlands Rotary Club will present its 1st annual Oktoberfest, Saturday and Sunday, September 26 and 27 in Town Green Park along the Waterway, adjacent to the Cynthia Woods Pavilion. There will be an opening keg tapping ceremony starting Saturday at 11:00am.
